The Bell 429 is a dual-engine light utility aircraft made by Bell Helicopter – Textron Inc. The 429 made its initial flight in 2007, and was certified in the year 2009, and launched the following year. It was made to be utilized largely for emergency medical service operations, as the past 427’s cabin was small to accommodate a patient. The Bell 429 was made to be a bigger version of the previous Bell 427.
